Recipe: 4 ingredient chick pea salad

Combine in a bowl:

  1. 1 can chick peas, drained
  2. squirt of lemon juice, preferably fresh
  3. glug of olive oil
  4. several tbsp of parmesan cheese

This is an amazing snack, great for when you want something savory but can’t be bothered to cook.
